Shipping & Returns
All our products are shipped with DHL EXPRESS worldwide. Please note that DHL does ship to PO BOXES.
Please also note, that, some countries might be subject to pay taxes upon delivery. Import taxes are at the charge of the client.
For all orders, a tracking number will be provided through email.
The processing time for orders differs, as most of our travel wear garments are made to order.
Once the shipping notification has been sent, please expect delivery within 5 to 7 business days.
If NÜÜBA does not receive communication from you within 7 days following delivery, regarding any issue with the shipped article, you are deemed to have received the goods in full and in good condition.
If you haven't received goods within 10 to 15 business days, kindly contact your local DHL agency with the tracking number provided to track down your package.
NÜÜBA is not responsible for lost packages.
Custom Fees and Taxes
Additional Taxes or custom fees may be applied at the port of entry of the recipient country.
Please note that we do not cover any duty and/or taxes applicable in the recipient country. Those will be paid by the receiver. Custom fees or taxes vary between individual countries.
Kindly note that NÜÜBA doesn't take any responsibility for any delays and/or extra fees that may be applied through customs and duty offices in the receiving country.
Return & Exchange Policy
In agreement with our limited runs, made-to-order business model, and capsule collections, we will only proceed to exchanges if relevant fabric is still available.
For all returns inquiries, please email email@example.com before proceeding with shipment to be instructed on international procedures.
Sales on discounted items are final and can't be returned.
Returns are only accepted on regular-priced items within 7 days of delivery.
As of now, due to logistical issues, we can only accept returns by DHL, to ensure that the items of clothing can be tracked.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
